This isn’t the first time Selena has gotten emotional over her best friend saving her life and it certainly won’t be the last. In case you’ve been living under a rock, Selena underwent a kidney transplante due to her Lupus over the summer, and while she has talked about the life changing surgery before on her Instagram and thanked Francia for giving her a kidney, Sel’s interview on the Today Show with Francia is the first time she’s opening up about it on television.
