The mum-of-two, 36, stunned fans on Tuesday when she shared a scantily-clad black and white shot of herself perched in a tree wearing only a pair of boots. The picture was taken for a book by esteemed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott – but not even their stellar reputation in the business could save the reality star from being savaged by her followers who were offering up some hilarious alternative captions and comments.
