Beyoncé makes first public statement since giving birth to twins
At the BET Awards last night, Beyoncé won the Viewer’s Choice Award for Lemonade’s “Sorry.” Of course, with newborn twins to attend to she didn’t make an appearance, but sent her protégés and Parkwood Entertainment talents Chloe x Halle to accept the honour in her absence.
After calling her an “iconic artist, a trend setter, a rule maker, a rule breaker, and our forever inspiration and mentor,” the sisters read a beautiful speech Bey wrote thanking her family and fans
