The ‘Flip Off’ star Tarek El Moussa addressed his confrontation with another man in Las Vegas in June, resulting in him receiving a citation for battery. The case was dismissed by a judge in August. “It was just a really unfortunate incident,” he told Entertainment Tonight Sept. 16 in a joint interview with his wife Heather Rae El Moussa. “I was put in a really weird situation where I had to defend my dad.”
