Sporting a vibrant orange bikini, the 25-year old appeared to be in high spirits as she soaked up the sun on Miami Beach – her latest festive holiday destination.
Chloe, the daughter of retail magnate Sir Philip Green, was joined by a small group of scantily clad pals while topping up her tan ahead of what is expected to be a memorable New Year’s Eve celebration in the popular Floridian city.
